You are invited to join in the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' Novena for Mental Health from October 10–18, a time of prayer and solidarity for those struggling with mental health challenges and for those who care for them.

The novena begins on World Mental Health Day and concludes on the feast of St. Luke, patron of health care. Each day follows a “Pray, Learn, Act” format to help Catholics reflect, intercede and respond compassionately.

Praying this novena during Respect Life Month reminds us that upholding human dignity includes accompanying those who suffer in body, mind or soul.
