On June 29 1t 2 p.m., Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila will celebrate the consecration and installation Mass of Bishop-elect James Golka, whom the Holy Father Pope Francis has appointed as the third bishop of Colorado Springs following Bishop Michael J. Sheridan’s retirement.
