(Photo: Pixabay) For the Catholic Church, education has always been understood as a sacred responsibility — one entrusted first and foremost to parents, who are called to form their children not only academically but morally and spiritually as well. Later this month, families across Colorado are invited to gather to celebrate that responsibility and the many ways it is lived out. On Tuesday, January 27, from 1 to 2 p.m., students, parents and educators will gather on the West
