Amendment 79:
Bans parental notice laws—a minor could be pressured into an abortion without her parents’ knowledge;
Allows abortion through the ninth month of pregnancy, even on healthy mothers with healthy babies, by removing all commonsense safeguards against abortion;
Forces taxpayers to pay for abortion for in-state and out of state women—costing the state millions annually.
