With the death of Pope Benedict XVI, the Church universal enters a time of mourning. To honor the late pontiff and his incredible life and witness to Christianity, Denver’s Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception will host two Requiem Masses over the next two weeks, each celebrated by Denver’s bishops.

Bishop Jorge Rodriguez celebrated a Mass this past Thursday, in connection with the Holy Father’s funeral Mass for Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI earlier in the day. This coming Thursday, Jan. 12, at 5:30 p.m., Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila will also celebrate a Mass in honor of Pope Benedict XVI. The Mass will be livestreamed. See below or click here to watch the livestream.
