Archbishop Aquila to appear on PBS

Archbishop Samuel Aquila conducts an interview last week at the St. John Paul II Center in south Denver for an episode of Rocky Mountain PBS Channel 6’s Colorado Experience series titled “Pope John Paul II,” which will air Oct. 23.
The episode will highlight Denver’s 1993 World Youth Day and visit of Pope John Paul II. The show will also feature Father Giovanni Capucci, judicial vicar for the Metropolitan Tribunal, who received his call to the priesthood at Denver’s WYD, which he attended as a pilgrim from his native Italy. Author Mary Beth Bonacci and Denver Catholic Register editor Roxanne King will also be featured.
