During his time as archbishop of Denver, Archbishop Samuel J. Aquila’s message has remained simple and consistent: Christ comes first.

He has exemplified this in the many homilies, talks and writings he’s done over the years, and he recently spoke at length about having an encounter with Christ with Father John Riccardo, founder of Acts XXIX and host of the You Were Born for This podcast.

Father Riccardo and his team at Acts XXIX are working closely with Archbishop Aquila and the Archdiocese of Denver to build a strategic framework to face the apostolic age we presently live in and launch the archdiocese into mission.
